The funds can be withdrawn anytime after the first 12months without losing interest. The minimum period of investment being 1 year and withdraw processing time being 1week.

Unlike a single deposit with a single institution, we invest in a diversified socially impactful portfolio thus enjoying low risk from the many investments.

The portfolio is managed by a team of seasoned investment professionals into well researched securities thus mitigating the risks to the investors 

The rate paid is more competitive than fixed deposit rates paid by commercial banks and no tax is withheld. Since inception we have paid between 12.5% and 18.5 %.( Average 14.2%) We are currently paying an annual rate of 13%. Compared to savings accounts, fixed deposits and Treasury bills, our rate is more attractive.  

The interest is compounded on a monthly basis. When interest is paid into an account at the end of the month, it can be redeemed but when left in fund that portion would also earn interest. This does not apply to fixed deposits and treasury bills. 

The investment portfolio is made up of carefully selected enterprises that cater to the betterment of welfare of disadvantaged persons and those at the base of the wealth pyramid. Businesses under our portfolio also integrate an element of environmental conservation to go hand in hand with the benefit to community.
